Return + Exchange Policy

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a store credit or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.

If you are entitled to a return, we will issue store credit for your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-refundable.

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at www.afterhourclothing.com

If you find any damages on the items received, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the items for a RA for store credit.

Returns are accepted with our authorization only.

We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7 day time frame outlined above.

After we get your package, you will receive an online store credit which we will apply onto your next purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In order to receive an authorization number for your damaged items, please send us an email at afterhourclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of goods with the following information:

• Order Number

• “Sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned.

• Customer must pay all costs related to return shipping charges

• www.afterhourclothing.com will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates.

• Claims for any damage must be made within 7 days upon receiving merchandise with all parts included.
